Sallie is a soft Grunge/ Alternative Rock inspired band based in Manchester fronted by sisters Harriette and Charlotte, with a raw, high intensity sound that blends 90s grunge, and shoegaze influences with also modern indie-rock sensibilities. Evolving from their earlier project Two Of The Same, Sallie marks a bold new chapter darker, heavier, and more emotionally refined. Their music trades distorted guitars and lyrics that cut deep, diving more into their songwriting that is characterised as Raw, poetic and bridging the gap between 90s grunge and folk influenced storytelling. Having already built a reputation for electrifying live shows and selling out venues across Manchester, London, and Leeds, Sallie are no strangers to commanding a stage. Now, with their focus firmly set on this new identity, they’re pushing further leaning fully into their grunge-rooted influences while expanding their sonic depth.
